AVT's ongoing service offerings include phone support, service contracts, field service support and depot repairs.

Phone Support: In a world of computer based media systems, the most cost effective and expeditious way to resolve problems is with a phone support contract.

Service Blocks: AVT is pleased to offer AVT Service Blocks, our new and easy way to provide our customers with the kind of service, support and training that is required to stay up and running and get the most from your investment. Blocks come in quantities ranging from 15 hours to 80 hours and include unlimited phone & email support.

Field Service: Should your systems become disabled, AVT is here to help. Our technicians will provide on-site troubleshooting and if possible, repair of your system components in a timely and professional manner.

Depot Repairs: Should your equipment require shipment back to the manufacturer for repair, AVT will gladly handle the return for you and monitor the progress until return shipment to your location.
