Commonwealth Charter Academy (CCA) was founded in 2003 as a K-12 statewide public cyber charter school and provides free online education to all Pennsylvania students.  CCA also operates 11 Family Service Centers across Pennsylvania that serve as resources for students and their families. At the Harrisburg Capital Campus school administrators were looking for an effective, easy, and eye-catching way to communicate with staff, students and family members attending events at the campus. CCA required a cloud hosted system that could track and report on run time of paid advertisements and fully integrated with Microsoft O365 (Exchange) room resource calendaring. A final requirement of the system was the ability to expand in the future.
